“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”

— Eleanor Roosevelt

The Waggoner Building opened in December 1965.

It was the headquarters for Waggoner Oil Company, an Amoco Oil distributer owned and operated by my grandparents, John and Ruby Waggoner.

Not only was it the home for Waggoner Oil for over 30 years, it was the place of employment for so many great people in our little community.

I was the youngest of the 5 grandchildren....the "baby" of the family. By the time I came along, life had slowed down some for my Mama Ruby and Daddy John. We got to spend so many good days together.

As a kid, I'd often come to the Waggoner Building after school. I ran up down the halls....dreaming of all life had in store in front of me.

This building became apart of who I am.

In 2015, my wife and purchased and remodeled the Waggoner Building.

We wanted to bring life back to the place that had meant so much to me growing up.

A couple of weeks after we opened up, my wife and I found out we were expecting our first child. Now a new generation of my family runs up and down these same halls......chasing their own dreams.
